A paste button on Toolbar could give a piece of mind for some users like us having an old device.

long pressing the cursor for paste option to arrive, which gets hit and miss.
going to clipboard manager and selecting the lately copied items
Password entry boxes on sites (while signing up) UI wont let user copy a text while long pressing on a cursor.

so a paste button on toolbar could be handy on time these kind of situation.
