Change the toolbar symbols #982

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I really wish there was a way to change the toolbar symbols, as explained here https://github.com/Helium314/HeliBoard/discussions/931

Describe the solution you'd like Being able to change the symbols on the toolbar easily.

Use case For example, comma is displayed twice on the main display of the keyboard ; replace them with other symbols.

I'd also like this. Instead of the punctuation marks that can already be accessed, I'd rather have language specific symbols.

For example, as someone who also speaks german, I'd like to have:

ä ü ö ß € Ä Ö Ü

This would be useful to multilinguals like me.
