Add service_times to places_of_worship

Basically this is a clone of https://github.com/streetcomplete/StreetComplete/issues/232 which was not added on StreetComplete because sometimes it might be difficult to get that information.

General

Affected tag(s) to be modified/added: service_times Question asked: At what times a religious service is provided here? (with optional differences depending on type of religion, e.g. for Christianity it would be At what times mass takes place at this church?)

Element selection: amenity=place_of_worship

Metadata needed: Not sure what kind of metadata

Proposed UI: I think the UI would be identical to the one for open hours, except that instead of adding closing time, there would be multiple clocks for service times.
