background type switch does not work correctly #579

How to Reproduce

settings Select backgrund type to aerial. it changes the the image correctly. But after restarting the app and opening again it does not show it again. Looking in settings the switch says aerial (by Ersi) but it does not show it.

Expected Behavior

Does it happen in normal StreetComplete?

no because there is no switch for selected an other source

I can confirm (with 58.0).

After cold start, SCEE will always start with OSM (Jawg) map view, even if it remembered current imagery should be aerial.

Workaround is to use quick button to Toggle aerial / map background twice, which will result in Esri aerial being displayed correctly again.

Probably related to the same issue that is (sometimes?) breaking the setting to disable 3D buildings on startup, which I think was the change to view models for the main fragment.
