I don't have infinite uses on my origins duffle bag skin even though I had the skin unlocked before update 2.1

I cant color my duffle bags with the origins skin even though ive had the origins skin unlocked before the update, is there any chance i could get it back? i already spent items trying to get another skin thing to unlock origins duffle bags and it didnt fix it, i still have no charges even tho i unlocked origins duffle bag coloring before by bying it from another player while the origins pass was there.
