Watering Joseph's plants can be skipped #387

During the mission "Joseph's Lettuce", the player is given the objective "Make a watering can" and 3 other objectives "Water the plants", however, the player can talk to Joseph immediately after collecting a watering can from the workbench to end the mission.

This bug can be avoided by doing the mission properly.

This bug was observed while playing the game on a computer.

The version on which this bug was observed is 2.1.4.16.
