Previously, while money was at least 100k or perks was at least 10k, the amount of money or perks would periodically be temporarily replaced by "Maxed Money" or "Maxed Perks". This is no longer the case.
This bug can be avoided by not reaching the money or perks cap.

I would like to note that my Perks are particularly far over the perks cap because I am testing a bug.
