Change getNodeInfoResponse params #49

Replaced fields from GetNodeInfoResponse from:

latestMilestone,
latestMilestoneIndex,
latestSolidSubtangleMilestone,
latestSolidSubtangleMilestoneIndex

with:

currentRoundIndex
latestSolidRoundHash
latestSolidRoundIndex
roundStartIndex
lastSnapshottedRoundIndex;

Also replaced tips array with and empty array in getInclustionsStates (previous nodeInfo.latestMilestone has been used)
