This pull request contains: word level determination, the beginning of the dictionary and a first try for the interface.

Hey Helke, can you see this pull request? And if you have time can you have a look at the interface and tell me what you think? There are still a few modifications and kinks I have to work out but what do you think about the base lay-out.

My next question is if you can see what is wrong with my lexicon. When I try to test a second file it refuses to call my lexicon.

Finally, shall we merge this branch? And if so, i think merge pull request might be the best option that way my commits stay separate commits

The lexicon problem is solved. I am going to close this request and adapt this, afterwards I shall merge the two branches
