SN-L FC OSD displaying horizontal black lines only #6

After numerous successful boots and navigating the OSD, the FC OSD suddenly started displaying only stationary black horizontal lines. I'm unable to get to the rc calibration ui or to anything aside from horizontal black lines. I have also confirmed the black lines are only present when connected through the FC and they appear about 3-5 seconds after powered up. My vtx feed is clear of the lines at first.

This was brand new, unboxed today.

I had not updated the firmware at the point that the OSD became unresponsive/showing lines.

I have since successfully upgraded the firmware to the latest release according to the firmware upgrade tool but I can't seem to get anything other than horizontal black lines from the OSD.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I was able to get this sorted out. Had the vtx and camera plugged in backwards.
