Sim card not initializing. #2

Seems to happen when the phone is turned off entirely. The sim in slot one, with two empty are not recognized on boot. Turning them on an off in Settings doe not help. Sometimes a series of reboots does the trick.

A workaround is to remove and re-insert the SIM card. Anyway I can only reproduce this issue, if the device has started for the first time with Sailfish OS.

Sometimes, it suffices to enable SIM 2, and re-enable PIN. The PIN requirement setting seems to be lost, which might be heart of the issue.

But it is a recurring issue.
