CPU usage jumping to 100% on all cores at seemingly constant interval. #3

Even when the phone is in standby with no apps running, the load jumps to 100% on all cores every few seconds.

Get's you to load averages of 29.68 29.55 29.65 whic seems a bit much. I've also noticed the battery drain is considerable (ie. twice what it is on the original Vollaphone).

Ok. to quote myself from oftc: turns out the 800% cpu utilization jumps were the 'automatic' brightness adjustment. was driving me nuts since it made ssh sessions almost impossible. Turn that off and the behaviour is not as severe.

Sigh. But the behaviour is still there. Periodic 100% utilization. Sine wave.

It's about 4 seconds an interval.
