Conection goes to roaming when using cellular data

Details about installed OS version Ubuntu 16.04 (2021-W11) on Release Candicate channel

Describe the bug The network connection sometimes goes to roaming when using cellular data when there is available network connection without roaming showing R icon on network indicator.. Since I have roaming disabled on system settings R symbol means that I haven't network connection at all. To recover it fast I have to enable flight mode and disable it again. When it searches for networks again it solves the problem.

Steps to reproduce the bug I don't have a way to reproduce the bug yet. I don't know neither which logs could be useful to track the bug.

Expected behavior If there is available a network connection from my ISP the phone should connect to it instead of others.

If there is something I can do to track the bug ping me.

Please disable roaming in the system settings for cellular data.

It is disabled. That is part of the problem ^^'

As you can see in the attached Image, roaming is dissabled but the icon shows roaming and I don't have connection when this happens.
