RPC still shows even if Atom is closed #125

So I've noticed that when I open Atom by accident even if i close it, the RPC is still showing and it would not stop showing until I restart Discord.

Step to reproduce

  1. Open Atom
  2. Instantly close Atom

Platform: Windows 10 Build 19042.928 Atom: 1.56.0 Package Version: Couldn't find it lol
