Description

The planner will plan a very wide lane
This could be why the control publishes 0 velocity

Expected behavior

Everything working

Actual behavior

robot does not move

Steps to reproduce

run bringup and autoware universe, wait until it localizes, give a goal in rviz

issue solved, added global parameter launch in rviz.launch in autoware_launch pkg
