Issue: Full round PCD map is not a closed loop, a little bit off
Need to remap using GPS information
Trying to find a way to add overlay pointcloud map with satellite map.
Current method: osm cartographer which is still not very good of visualizing:
Currently looking into LIOSAM parameters for improving mapping PCD, because a good lanelet map requires a good PCD.
Redo lanelet map drawing on Uitm smaller loop closure and test with rosbag @yaukaizhi
