trying use_validator=false in lidar_based_detection.launch.xml
No Points to Cluster! Error comes up now, probably it's the next node in the perception chain after validator, meaning the issue is in the publisher?
Issue comes from Obstacle Crop Box filter, sometimes it publishes pointcloud with no data
Description
Warning saying no pointcloud received sometimes happens after launching autoware. After relaunching it disappears but happens quite regularly. May need to modify source code.
