Time sync issue with pi and Jetson

Description

_Imu msg is timeout. imudt: 15786138.615641689[sec], tolerance 0.4[sec]

This error occurs when the time is not synced between jetson and pi. Everytime they power off for awhile, will only sync when there is internet, then it'll be stable for few hours after internet disconnects
