Unable to plan proper path error!

Description

Universe seems to be running ok, but wont move. Says it cannot plan a proper path. I suspect it is a lanelet2 map issue, will try with a new lanelet2 map.

This issue can be solved by changing the lanelet map to suit autoware universe
