Change behavior of song selection swiper #2

Now the swiper will change the CurrentWorkingBeatmap on select. This need to be change to make the game load every track on swipe.

Old behavior : Swipe > Change

New behavior : Swipe > Change current beatmapset in list After not swipe for 1 second > Change CurrentWorkingBeatmap
