Change theme back to material #106

Changes the theme in mkdocs.yml back to 'material'.

I recommend merging #103 first, updating readthedocs.io for the last time, then merging this PR and using that as the new base for https://zeronet.io/docs

Actually it's already using material design (it's also possible to change it using command line arguments of build), but it could use some tweaks: eg. color, logo, local hosting of resources

The tweaks are already in mkdocs.yml in this repo. Are you using those in your own copy?

Ah ok, then probably its got ignored until it's not changed in the .yml
