Multi-language support #120

Here the cleaned PR for multilanguage support :smile:

It is a clean version of https://github.com/HelloZeroNet/Documentation/pull/117

However this new structure restrict the pathname for the docs in order to have the language menu buttons working.

It will only work if directly after the hostname there is the language or the something starting with docs so zeronet.io/docs/ and zeronet.io/docs-dev/ will work.
