Fix english to english navigation #123

Just reload the page when trying to access the page language you are already visiting

@rllola Can you resolve conflicts?

Also testing locally with mkdocs serve, every time you switch a language it adds on another /<language code> to the URL. By switching between a few I ended up on http://127.0.0.1:8000/en/fr/en/zh/

Done.

Unfortunately the local server works a bit differently that what we have in prod. I don't think there is not much we can be done until Mkdocs support multi-language.
