Polish translation #37

I want to believe I do everything properly.

I create folder languages and in there file with polish translation
I edit content.json and add code to use translation for index, js/all.js, and alloy-editor/all.js
I edit Index.html to be translated by translation.

PS> I didnt translate "username mentions" because it looks ugly when I translate it (in polish this fraze is to long).
