PlexRequest type functionality. #381

I would LOVE for this type of functionality to be added, esp. if it could support emby as well.

I would love this feature too so that people could request TV shows and/or movies. Similar to the Couch Potato extension but maybe a webpage with the ability to add TV or Movies.
