UPDATE
A specific error code I've been failing to look up the cause of is
cherrypy.error.139761942786128
I think this was caused by a ssl error as requests tries to verify the ssl cert. Anyway i have disabled that now and fixed a typo in the exception handling. Can you update and try again?
Thanks for the swift response, I'll update now and let you know!
Swift and efficient! That worked perfectly thanks very much! If you ever need someone to "beta test", I'd be happy to help out. This project has allowed me to go from having 20 tabs open (slight exaggeration) to a single tab, amazing work! Closing the ticket!
I am seeing a similar issue on Windows 10.

The log says it fails to get the data from the url. What happens if you copy that url into your browser?
http://192.168.1.105:8181/tautulli/history works fine in a browser.
This link with the correct API key in it just spins.....
I was referring to the api call that hype manager uses to contact plexpy. Dunno if it matters but I notice you using a large T in tautulli in htpc manger and the link you said works using a small t
Ah. http://192.168.1.105:8181/tautulli works just fine. I changed basepath from "/Tautulli" to "/tautulli" and the history tab is working now.
Thanks. Appreciate your work. This is a great product. You have brought it a long way with this fork.
