ffmpeg nvidia nvenc #124

From looking at the CPU usage, I see quite a bit of usage by ffmpeg. Would it be possible to run the docker container with ffmpeg using NVENC? I think this might lower the CPU usage quite a bit.

I don't know. I dont have a gpu on the computer im running bw_plex on.
