Pretrained model download fails #50

Currently, it does not work to download pretrained models. These models are stored at a specific Swiss-based served (SwitchDrive), which is currently down. The current state of the server can be seen here: https://twitter.com/SWITCHdrive_op

We hope that this issue gets resolved quickly.

Local installations of Cascade with already downloaded models will continue to work as before.

The issue will likely to be solved by end of Monday, February 13th.

The issue is fixed. The server and the download links are working normally again.
