Wrong parameters of the Global_EXC_7.5Hz_smoothing200ms_high_noise model #63

The model Global_EXC_7.5Hz_smoothing200ms_high_noise was trained with a set of wrong parameters (not the same smoothing and frame rate as indicated in the model name). Training of a new model to replace this one is necessary. (Will be done within a week.)

A new model to replace the existing model is uploaded, issue fixed.
