User request: Add pre-trained models for sampling rates of 3 Hz and 20 Hz for GCaMP8 (in particular, GCaMP8s).

Pre-trained models for 3 Hz and 20 Hz for GCaMP8 are now added to the repository. The model names:

GC8_EXC_3Hz_smoothing500ms_high_noise GC8_EXC_3Hz_smoothing250ms_high_noise GC8_EXC_20Hz_smoothing60ms_high_noise GC8_EXC_20Hz_smoothing30ms_high_noise

GC8s_EXC_3Hz_smoothing500ms_high_noise GC8s_EXC_3Hz_smoothing250ms_high_noise GC8s_EXC_20Hz_smoothing60ms_high_noise GC8s_EXC_20Hz_smoothing30ms_high_noise

The suffix "high_noise" indicates that the model is trained to work both for low and high noise levels.
