First proof-of-concept draft in branch iss19. Will create PR when first version is okayish. Use HeAT CSS https://github.com/helmholtz-analytics/heat/blob/main/doc/source/_static/css/custom.css. Adapt colors to match Propulate style. Check sphinx_auto_api and again requirements file for documentation.
