Overview

No changes in the features - major changes in the core package utilities

Summary of the changes

Travis no longer used for CI - moved to Github Actions and Tox
Python 3.7 is now default for hoki
astropy_helpers removed
ah_boostrap.py removed
setup.cfg and setup.py drastically modified
docs recompiled
