Make CMD at particular age available #2

There is no intuitive way to make a single CMD grid (at a particular age) available - although it is accessible. It would be nice to make this easy peasy..

Maybe the CMD object should allow indexing (and the index would be the time bins) + feature to do mycmd.get_age(log_age=bla)?
