1) the for loop that populates columns seemed to give me error every now and then, and i don't know what causes it. Says int is not iterable, so modified for loop seems to work. 2) seems like for cmds, dummy_dict needs to be defined. 3) BPASS version checking for gaia filters

Why is spec.py deleted? This leads to a ModuleNotFound error when running the Spectra recipe tutorial. Is there a particular reason to why the deletion was made? When will the updated version of spec.py be released?
