Agewizard errors #72

Added errors to age wizard and includes the new age sub-package as well as the hoki_dialogue utils module to make prettier and standardised dialogues.

The age subpackage will ultimately replace the age_utils module but for now it's still in there for backwards compatibility.

tox is still fucked and will require it's own bit of emotional labour but the tests pass on my machine and right now that's as much as I can bare
