Possibility to upload photos after signal creation

Given that I am a user and I have created a signal When I open the signal I should be able to see a button to upload a new photo Then

• If the signal is without a photo, the new photo will be uploaded
• If the signal is with a photo, the new uploaded photo will override the previous one
