Missing information about cmake option #94

In the section Option 1: Manual setup on the projekt page there is the following text:

Install Marian MT. Follow the documentation at https://marian-nmt.github.io/docs/

Please add the information that for the cmake command for Marian MT the option -DCOMPILE_SERVER=ON has to be added.
