The link to, "Install ESP32 form Boards Manager" located at "https://docs.heltec.cn/#/en/user_manual/how_to_install_esp32_Arduino" returns 404 not found

Correct me if I'm wrong, the link should be:

https://heltec-automation-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/esp32+arduino/quick_start.html#via-arduino-board-manager
