LoRa not declared in scope in V3 #157

Hi, i buy new heltec version, but can't compil my old v2 code. Problem occurs for heltec's lora global var : now this var is not find.

I use new heltec board (v0.0.7). Old v2 helectec example code are not working too. Any idear ? thanks
