Team chose [severity.Medium] Originally [severity.High]

Reason for disagreement: This is clearly a very high severity bug. If this mistake was made within the body text somewhere else, I can understand with the group's assessment of severity.medium. However, it is unacceptable that the biggest header present in a critical section of the Developer Guide still says Addressbook Level 3. This clearly is a huge error on the group's part.
