Import feature not working: Unable to import a brand new CSV file #2

As seen in the image below, in this case although I export to the following files, in particular a file called groups1.csv, when I try to import it back, I get the following error. This should not be the case.

Team's Response

It was not pointed out in the User Guide that a user cannot import duplicate data into the application. However, this feature is meant for backup purposes. An data-clean CoderLifeInsights would do the trick for importing previous data into the application. Such a check is specified in the developer guide.
