UG does not specify illegal characters in a group name #3

Although the application as seen below clearly states that there is some form of restriction on the group names, the UG does not mention this at all. This should be clearly stated so it does not confuse the user.

Team's Response

This is a valid bug. However, we don't think it is that severe (since it is unlikely that special characters are used in group names). Thus, the severity has been downgraded to "low".
