Crimson Rune Weapon has been reworked to provide 5 Bone Shield
charges when DRW is activated, and to provide 10 seconds of
increased rune regeneration after DRW expires. This impacts the
core rotation when this legendary is equipped because you need to
deplete your runes during DRW and hold off on Marrowrend when DRW
is coming off cooldown.
Night Fae Death's Due has been slightly reworked, which moves its
use slightly higher on the priority list.
Make it more explicit that the 2nd charge of Blood Tap is being
withheld unless it's needed for healing.
Don't use Death and Decay if DRW is active since that ability is
not duplicated by the summoned weapon.
Other minor changes include refactoring to extract the code that
computed the number of Heart Strike targets to its own function,
and to extract the code that computes the Bone Shield threshold
that triggers Marrowrend to its own function.
