Major cleanup of IOs

Things left to do

[ ] Get at least 3 really solid autos
[ ] Safe zone shot (tall mode)
[ ] Get lower sensors working
[ ] Rumble for driver when game piece is in robot (sensors have to work first)

Nice things to do

[ ] Pickup with flywheel
[ ] Cleanup intake subsystem
[ ] Opposing amp mode
[ ] Shoot from mid field to amp button
