[FEATURE] Error popup on empty message #312

Description

When clicking on "Create a secet link" without a message, it does nothing but should have been better to inform the user on what went wrong e.g. the textarea is empty.

This happens also when uploading file without a message and clicking on the button does nothing as well. I suggest to make only the title mandatory (not the message) and also pops up an error when it's empty :)
