This adds the necessary scripting to display a website from the files for development and ultimately bundle them for production. Once we start trucking you'll see that in the display repository there will be 2 files and a single folder because to save space and increase performance these build tools will minify and combine all of the code into a single massive gnarly file with no whitespace haha
