An verification email could be sent to us before an environment appears on the webpage. We can then check ourselves whether the environment meets the criteria for a gym repo: This would also close #10 .

To summarize what we want:

Suggest new category as dropdown on form (added in a new field)
Approve new environment (and category) manually by informing us via email (adds approved field)
