8 teams in a csv file format

First Line (Header): Team Name,Wins,Losses,Win-Loss Percentage,Games Behind,Year

Add additional columns if necessary. Not the main database so valid siguro na <8 teams()

Output

Number of lines: 1 + (8 * number of years of your choice) SAME TEAM : Line 2 and Line 10 SAME TEAM : Line 3 and Line 11 ..... SAME TEAM : Line 10 and Line 18

if 2015 - 2023, Number of lines should be 73
