State EBT out-of-state usage reports fall under unclear information. From FNS:

We also are advising the State agency that out-of-state EBT usage is permissible under SNAP program rules. If the State wishes to continue to utilize this report, it must revise its processes so that simplified reporting households are not subject to this report except at the time of its periodic report or recertification, and that all households who respond to the request for contact and clarify that they have not moved out of state do not have their cases closed in error.

Possible updates could be to review the SNAP reporting, or possibly even retirement.

Will retire script. This appears to be a work around for PARIS matches.
