We had a previous issue to create DAIL scrubber support for the CSIA DAILs generated with a PRISM referral. After discussion about the functionality of this interface and the needs of the CS group, we want to switch this functionality to work by preloading the detail into INFC and prevent the DAILs entirely.
According to the CS group:
The information can be loaded into INFC/CSIA prior to the approval and the system will pull that detail and not create a DAIL message.
The only detail that is helpful in these CSIA interface detail is information that is reported verbally as long as it has a clear CASE/NOTE.
Information provided on forms will be gathered by the CS worker in their case review.
The approval actually triggers the referral and will pull the preloaded INFC information.
CSIA information is connected to a specific ABPS panel.
Based on this information, it seems the best time to capture details of the information entered into CSIA is during verbal contact. We should create functionality to facilitate any gathering of information during phone contact and the scripts will update the INFC panels as appropriate so that when the approval takes place, the information is already entered.
It makes the most sense to add this functionality to:

The script functionality will need to be built to align with the CSIA/B/C/D fields and be entirely optional. This would then create specific details in CASE/NOTE. We need to be a little careful of data privacy in how these details are relayed in CASE/NOTE.
Interview will then need expanded questions around the 'parent not in home' CAF question.
Client Contact will need specific functionality around add a person/remove a person.
These are the areas of the scripts that will be triggered.
We can also build a 'back up' in ELIG Summ to complete these as BLANK if the DAIL does appear.
